You can reserve books and DVDs which are currently out on loan; it's a great way to make sure you get the latest blockbuster, an old favourite or those items that just seem to always be out.
 
Simply log in to your account, search for the title you're looking for and click on the 'Place Hold' button. You can also contact our staff at the Adult's or Children's & Teens' Information Desks. As soon as the item you've requested is available, you'll be notified by email or telephone; we'll hold the item for you for up to 4 days.
